About the role

As VP of Sales, you will own Hopecrest's go-to-market strategy and revenue growth from the front. You will build, lead, and scale a high-performing remote B2B sales organization selling our claims and analytics platform to payers, providers, and healthcare enterprises.

What you will own

  • Define and execute the company-wide sales strategy, targets, and forecasting.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a distributed team of account executives and sales leaders.
  • Build and manage a complex enterprise pipeline from first conversation to close.
  • Own strategic accounts and lead high-value negotiations personally.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to align the GTM motion.

What you bring

  • 10+ years in B2B sales with a strong record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Experience building and leading teams, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Command of enterprise sales methodology, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Executive presence and the judgment to operate as a true leadership partner.
